Sectors

Trade Shows and Commercial Exhibitions
In a large-scale event, every lost minute is a missed business opportunity. Your visitors can locate any exhibitor in seconds, plan their route, and access the complete information on the stand, products, contact details, and current promotions without needing to ask anyone. We provide the layout ready before the doors open. You share the venue layout with us, and we take care of everything else.

Shopping Centres, Airports, Hotels
Your visitors or guests expect to be able to find their way around on their own, using their mobile phones, in a matter of seconds. With a permanent interactive map, they can search for a shop, departure lounge or service by name or category, view opening hours and current offers, and plot a route from where they are, even across several floors.
This reduces the number of enquiries to information staff and enhances the experience from the moment they step inside the venue.

Hospitals and Health Centres
A patient who arrives feeling anxious and cannot find the right area is a problem that can be avoided. Our floor plan reduces the number of enquiries at reception, improves the perception of the centre’s organisation and empowers patients, visitors and families from the moment they step inside the premises.

Leisure, Culture and Entertainment
Theme parks, stadiums, museums, university campuses and convention centres – all venues where self-guided navigation directly enhances the visitor experience and reduces the operational workload on staff.
Available in multiple languages for venues with international visitors.
Features
Everything your visitor needs. Everything you need to know.

Point-to-point routes with visual and voice guidance
Visitors enter their starting point and destination. The map plots the route and guides them step by step with visual and voice instructions. Using a touchscreen kiosk, they can transfer the route to their mobile with a single QR code.

Search by Text, Category and Voice
Find any exhibitor, shop or service by name, keyword or sector, or simply by saying it out loud. The search engine interprets your words to find the right result in seconds. An advanced AI-powered search can optionally be enabled to interpret more complex, natural-language questions.

Points of Interest and Full Profiles
Toilets, information points, activity areas, restaurants, cafés, meeting rooms – every relevant location is shown on the map. Each entry includes a description, opening hours, telephone number, website, email address and current offers.

Premium Visibility for VIP
Highlight your key exhibitors or brands by giving them greater visibility on the map and in search results. A commercial tool that adds value to your sponsorship packages.
Multi-platform: One interface, all channels
The same map works on smartphones, tablets, computers, touchscreen kiosks or integrated into your website. And if you already have your own app, we can integrate it via an SDK without having to rebuild anything.

Multiple Floors and Indoor/Outdoor Navigation
For multi-level spaces such as shopping centres, airports and hospitals, amongst others. The floor plan handles transitions between floors seamlessly. It also supports mixed-use spaces with both indoor and outdoor areas.

Touchscreen Kiosks Available
Each touchscreen totem in the venue has its own URL set to its exact location. The map opens with the view centred on that point, so visitors do not need to search for their location – the system already knows where they are.

Real-time updates
Any change to the map – whether it’s a stand moving to a new location, a shop closing down or a new point of interest – is reflected instantly for all users. No out-of-date versions, no confusion.

Analytics and Heatmap
Find out what your visitors were looking for, which routes they took, which areas attracted the most footfall, and which exhibitors or shops were the most popular. Concrete data to help improve the experience at each event or season.
See it in action
Explore the interactive map of the Foire Internationale de la Haute-Savoie, a major event, featuring an exhibitor directory, pre-planned routes and comprehensive profiles. Just as a visitor would see it on the day of the event.
Frequently Asked Questions
We answer your most frequently asked questions. If you can’t find the answer, please write to us – we’ll get back to you quickly.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Simply the floor plan of the venue in DWG or PDF format. We take care of everything else: setup, content, publication, and last-minute adjustments. You won’t need to learn any tools or spend time on the process.
Can I include different languages on the map?
Yes. The map is available in Spanish, French, English and Portuguese. Ideal for trade fairs and venues with international visitors, or for organisers operating in multiple markets.
Can I make changes to the plan once it has been published?
Yes, in real time. If an exhibitor moves to a different stand, a shop closes or a point of interest is added, the change is reflected instantly for all users – before, during and after the event.
Do visitors need to download an app to use the map?
No. The map is 100% web-based and can be accessed from any smartphone, tablet or computer by scanning a QR code or via a touchscreen kiosk. No downloads, no registration, and no hassle for visitors.
Does the floor plan support multiple floors or halls?
Yes. The floor plan manages multiple floors, halls and zones, including transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. Ideal for exhibition centres, shopping centres, airports and large-scale hospitals.
Is the map too expensive for my budget?
No. The interactive map includes advertising spaces such as banners, priority placement and featured areas for sponsors. In many cases, a couple of sponsorships cover all or part of the cost of the map. We’ll help you identify these opportunities from the very first point of contact.
